About the Role
The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce and third party solutions as part of connected ecosystem to meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, designing and developing solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce across the organization.

Qualifications
- Qualification:
- B.Tech. / MCA or equivalent.
- Certifications:
- Technical: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Project Management (Preferred): PMP, Prince 2
- Hand-on proficiency in Salesforce platform (Sales & Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations, Knowledge of end to end Salesforce ecosystem along with industry standard systems like HubSpot, HighSpot and Outreach etc., Agentforce Agentic AI solutions, Einstein AI.
- Must have coding, code review, testing and configuration experience with ability to do hand-on work.
- Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
- Oversee the development and deployment of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and enhancements
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
- Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions
- Able to do business process re-engineering, systems design, configuration and implementation
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and best practices
- Project Management:
- Manage and lead Salesforce implementation projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
- Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce best practices and new features
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are free of defects
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains using Salesforce
- Implement best practices and ensure continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions
- Ensuring optimal performance of salesforce systems and products
- Other Mandatory Skills:
- Candidate must have analytical skills and ability to handle client interactions at senior level to lead project discussions
- Sound knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations
- Deep functional and technical expertise in applications on the Salesforce
- Produce training material in multiple media to support the adoption process
- Essential knowledge across a broad spectrum of analytical disciplines (such as KPI and dashboard reporting, Business Intelligence, predictive modeling, data mining, marketing analytics, operations Analytics)
- Deep functional expertise in CRM applications and Integrations with 3rd Party tools and Platforms
- Must have sound communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
- Maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Govern monthly, quarterly and other periodic reviews with leadership
- Prepare presentations using organization process assets for various leadership review meets
