Role overview
Lead customer relationships, governance, coordination, and reporting as a Project Manager / Service Delivery Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate architecture assessments and implementation activities with architects.
- Manage service request and change request intake, prioritization, tracking, and delivery.
- Track delivery milestones and ensure customer sign-offs.
- Manage customer relationships, governance meetings, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in service delivery or project management.
- Working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, GCP, and OCI.
- Experience managing customer relationships, governance meetings, service requests, and change requests.
- Ability to coordinate architecture assessments and implementation activities with architects.
- Strong risk, action, and issue tracking, reporting, documentation, milestone tracking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- ITIL knowledge is preferred.
- Experience coordinating cloud-related architecture and service delivery activities.
