Project Manager – Enterprise Software & Digital Transformation

Position Summary

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software, cloud, and digital transformation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive execution, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Manage relationships with executive sponsors, customers, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, project reviews, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate decision-making, alignment, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare high-quality project documentation, status reports, presentations, RAID logs, and governance artefacts.

Team, Resource & Operations Management

• Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, QA engineers, infrastructure specialists, and consultants.
• Manage resource planning, utilization, performance, and delivery capacity.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate operational, logistical, and project delivery activities across multiple locations and teams.

Technology & Innovation Leadership

• Champion the adoption of modern technologies, cloud platforms, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Promote the responsible and secure use of AI across project delivery and business operations.
• Contribute to solution planning, technical reviews, architecture discussions, and implementation strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and technology modernization.

Vendor & Partnership Management

• Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, subcontractors, and strategic alliances.
• Monitor vendor performance, contractual commitments, deliverables, and service quality.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure successful delivery and long-term business value.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
• Previous technical background in software development, engineering, infrastructure, cloud, or solution delivery.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor, cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
