Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Product Strategy & UX Lead to drive the vision, planning, user experience, and execution of modern digital products and platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with exceptional UX understanding and can transform complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences.
You will work closely with leadership, business teams, designers, developers, and stakeholders to shape product direction, define roadmaps, and ensure seamless user journeys across web, mobile, AI-powered, and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead UX strategy, user journey design, workflow mapping, and product experience planning
- Translate business and operational requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
- Create wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, and functional workflows using tools like Figma
- Conduct competitor analysis, user research, usability reviews, and product audits
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, AI, and business teams to ensure successful product execution
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and roadmap management in Agile environments
- Ensure consistency in UX standards, design systems, and product usability across platforms
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and digital innovation within products
- Present product concepts, UX flows, and roadmap strategies professionally to stakeholders and clients
- Monitor product adoption, user feedback, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain strong ownership of product quality, delivery timelines, and user experience outcomes
Required Skills
- Strong Computer Science or technical background is essential
- Strong expertise in Product Strategy, UX Design, and Digital Product Planning
- Excellent PowerPoint, presentation design, and storytelling skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder presentation abilities
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar design/prototyping tools
- Ability to create user journeys, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and process flows
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product delivery methodologies
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams
- Understanding of AI-powered platforms, enterprise systems, SaaS products, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus
- Ability to balance business objectives, technical feasibility, and user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Design, UX, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Product Strategy, UX Design, Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation projects
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Claude Design, Claude Code, and modern AI-powered design tools
- Experience in technology companies, digital agencies, SaaS platforms, fintech, healthcare, enterprise, or government transformation projects is preferred
