Role Overview
Lead projects from initiation to completion and coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
Ensure successful project delivery according to business objectives.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, costs, quality, and overall performance.
Coordination and Governance
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, contractors, suppliers, and external partners.
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Organize project meetings and communicate priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Performance and Compliance
- Ensure deliverables meet approved specifications, quality standards, and business requirements.
- Monitor resource utilization and support effective team performance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Conduct project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in project management or project delivery.
- Proven experience managing projects from planning through successful completion.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Asana, or other project management tools.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
- UAE or GCC project experience is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus.
