Part-time Logistics Manager role in Dubai with an on-site/hybrid work arrangement.
Oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory coordination, and distribution activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations; coordinate shipments, schedules, and inventory movement.
- Track costs, delivery performance, and efficiency; resolve delays and operational problems with corrective actions.
- Manage supplier, freight-forwarder, transport-provider, and partner relationships.
- Maintain shipment records, inventory reports, and logistics documentation.
- Improve delivery timelines and reduce operating costs; lead logistics personnel toward operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply-chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of shipment coordination, inventory control, and distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; logistics or warehouse management system familiarity is an advantage.
- Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
