Only Candidates who are currently available in UAE and can join immediately (within 5 days maximum) will be considered Please watch the following video https://youtu.be/XdimKojvZlg Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Project Manager with valid Dubai Municipality Approval (G+12 / Unlimited) to oversee and manage construction projects in Dubai and across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, quality expectations, budget constraints, and project schedules.

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to handover.

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, health and safety requirements, and project specifications.

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.

Manage project risks and resolve technical and operational challenges.

Review and approve project documentation, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management and clients.

Control project costs and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.

Oversee contract administration, variation orders, claims, and project correspondence.
