Job Title: Project Manager – Construction / Contracting
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, cost control, and coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and budgets
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and variation orders
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and specifications
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on-site
- Liaise with authorities such as Dubai Municipality for approvals and compliance
- Resolve any issues or delays efficiently and professionally
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
