Role Overview

We are seeking a certified Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project execution across multiple digital hospitality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination within the hospitality technology or related industry.

This role requires a detail-oriented and process-driven professional capable of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Digital eMenu and related product implementations
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, product, tech, operations, and support
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Ensure proper documentation of project processes, change requests, and approvals
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, progress reviews, and performance reporting
• Manage vendor and third-party coordination when required
• Ensure smooth handover to operations and support teams post-implementation
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices aligned with PMP standards
• Maintain compliance with organizational and industry project management frameworks

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of proven project management experience within hospitality tech, F&B technology, SaaS, or Fintech industry (Required)
• PMP Certification
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong risk management, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-stage environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality technology, SaaS, or fintech environments
• Experience managing regional or multi-country projects
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred)
