Overview

About the Role

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery standards
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards

Performance & Reporting

• Track project progress and maintain visibility through structured reporting
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) to ensure delivery control
• Prepare project reports and stakeholder updates

Resource & Capacity Management

• Support resource planning and allocation to optimise team utilisation
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and key stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Governance & Operations

• Establish and manage governance forums to drive accountability and decision-making
• Maintain delivery standards, reporting structures, and operational practices

Continuous Improvement & Support

• Contribute to enhancing project management practices and team enablement
• Support product and solution development through basic requirement definition

Technical Skills

• Project Management and Delivery Coordination

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles
• Strong organisational and structured thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills with a professional and assertive approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
