Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to oversee piling and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, timely project completion, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site crews (day & night shifts).
- Prepare work plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and QC standards.
- Track project performance, budgets, and schedules.
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Lead and motivate the site team, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in piling and infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of HSE and quality standards in construction.
