Project Manager / Deputy Operations Manage
r for a leading organization in Qatar.
The selected candidate will initially lead major manpower and project execution activities and will gradually transition into a broader Deputy Operations Manager role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EPC, shutdown, maintenance, and manpower projects from initiation to completion
- Lead project execution while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements
- Plan, mobilize, and manage manpower resources across multiple projects
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project performance, productivity, and cost control measures
- Support operational planning and contribute to the overall management of the manpower division
- Assist in developing operational strategies and improving project delivery processes
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minim
- um 20 years of relevant experie
- nce in Oil & Gas, EPC, Shutdown, Turnaround, and Maintenance projects
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of manpower deployment, project planning, resource allocation, and operational management
- Experience in GCC countries is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred
