Responsibilities
- Manage end to end delivery of BMS/BEMS, BAS, GRMS, Home Automation, Metering, CO Detection Systems, and MCC projects
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Review technical submittals, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, and engineering documentation
- Lead testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and final project handover
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, quality, and HSE requirements
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in BMS/BEMS, Building Automation, or Control Systems projects
- Proven experience managing large scale commercial, hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, or mixed use developments
- Strong knowledge of HVAC Controls, MCC, PLC, Testing & Commissioning, and Building Automation Systems
- PMP Certification is an advantage

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of Building Management System (BMS/BEMS) and Control Systems projects from engineering and design through construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end delivery of BMS/BEMS, BAS, GRMS, Home Automation, Metering, CO Detection Systems, and MCC projects.
