Role overview

Portfolio planning and delivery governance

• Maintain one delivery plan across active projects, size requests before dates are committed, and spot resourcing clashes early.
• Own timelines and milestones, chair steering committees, run weekly sprints, and plan releases with rollback plans.
• Maintain the RAID log, change control, and status reporting.

Odoo implementation

• Configure Accounting, HR and Payroll, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, and Project modules.
• Set up multi-company structures, access rights, and automations; own data migration from legacy systems.

Requirements and client engagement

• Lead workshops, write BRDs, FRDs, and user stories, run gap analysis, and present live demos.

Go-live and support transition

• Plan go-lives and cutover, coordinate UAT, deliver end-user training, and hand over to support.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years in Odoo implementation, combining project management and hands-on configuration.
• At least two full Odoo implementations from scoping through hypercare.
• Experience with multi-company Odoo deployment and data migration.
• Experience planning concurrent projects against a shared team.
• Technical understanding of APIs and integrations sufficient to work with developers, challenge estimates, and test output.
• Confident leading client workshops and demos and managing expectations.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is a major plus.

Advantageous qualifications

• Odoo Functional Certification, PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is advantageous.
• SQL skills sufficient to validate data are advantageous.

Location and work arrangement

• Dubai, UAE; full-time and office based.
