Job Requirements

  • Education, Experience and Technical skills:
  • required (R), preferred (P) or asset (A)
  • PMP certified (A) but not required
  • University Degree and/or College Diploma in a relevant field (R)
  • 2 – 3 years of project management or advertising agency experience (P)
  • Proficient in Project Management fundamentals (P)
  • Required Soft Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude to identify project roadblocks in advance and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail, assurance that all work is thoroughly reviewed and tested before deployment.
  • Can effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels with confidence and authority.
  • The base salary range for this position is CAD $70k - $85k.
  • This range reflects the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Based on the role the total rewards package may also include benefits, bonus, and other employee offerings.
