Role overview

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in EPC power transmission projects and 7–10 years of project management experience.
• Saudi ARAMCO project experience is preferred; relevant Middle East Oil & Gas substation experience may also be considered.
• Strong GIS substation experience, preferably up to 230 kV, including pile foundations.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, project controls, budgeting, and cost management.
• Experience with established EPC contractors in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Strong leadership, client coordination, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee engineering, design coordination, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, cost estimates, cash flow, invoicing, and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontracting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Track progress, KPIs, risks, and contractual obligations; take corrective action to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Conduct progress reviews, resolve technical and commercial issues, and report to senior management.
• Manage energization, punch-list clearance, final completion certification, and project closeout.
