The employer is recruiting a Project Manager for Dubai road and infrastructure construction projects, particularly work executed under the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
The role requires strong project execution, site management, planning, coordination, and delivery experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of RTA road and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee site activities and deliver within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with RTA authorities, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and take corrective action to prevent delays.
- Manage planning, resource allocation, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with RTA specifications, project standards, HSE requirements, and quality procedures.
- Review schedules, progress reports, budgets, and execution milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or B.Tech. in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- 15–20 years of experience in road construction, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects.
- Strong experience in RTA projects is mandatory.
- Proven track record in project execution and site management.
