As a Senior Project Manager , you will:

Lead projects from initial request through implementation, adoption, and ongoing stakeholder engagement

Partner with executives, affiliate leaders, and subject matter experts to identify and validate business needs

Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable project requirements for technical teams

Facilitate discussions that uncover root causes rather than simply addressing surface-level requests

Prioritize competing initiatives based on organizational impact, business value, and available resources

Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data teams, engineers, and IT resources

Ensure technical teams receive complete, accurate, and well-defined project requirements

Coordinate reporting, analytics, business intelligence, systems implementation, and technology initiatives

Monitor adoption and effectiveness of delivered solutions to ensure long-term success

Build consensus among stakeholders while confidently navigating challenging conversations and competing priorities

Support organizational leadership in making strategic decisions around project prioritization and resource allocation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience managing projects within a Business-to-Business (B2B) software, technology, SaaS, or similar environment

Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams

Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups

Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and adoption

Ability to influence decision-making and drive accountability across teams

Experience supporting analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven solutions

PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certification

Experience within complex multi-entity or enterprise organizations

Familiarity with data governance, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools

Experience working with engineering, software development, or technical implementation teams
