Role overview
Independently manage end-to-end Customer Experience, Market Research, and Field Audit projects.
Project delivery and client coordination
- Manage projects from client enquiry to final delivery.
- Handle client communication, requirements, meetings, follow-ups, and escalations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, project plans, questionnaires, and presentations.
- Coordinate recruitment, briefing, training, assignment, and management of field researchers.
- Monitor fieldwork, deadlines, visit completion, and project progress.
Quality, reporting, and operations
- Conduct quality checks and validate evaluations, photos, receipts, recordings, and supporting evidence.
- Coordinate corrections and ensure accurate, high-quality data and deliverables.
- Coordinate reports, dashboards, presentations, and final client submissions.
- Track project costs, reimbursements, invoices, advances, and payment milestones.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Requirements
- At least three years’ experience in Project Management, Market Research, Customer Experience, Operations, or related fields.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of projects.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
