Q2 Mobility is hiring a COO to lead its mobility and transport operations.
The role is responsible for operational performance, fleet profitability, service quality, and UAE expansion.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Q2 Mobility.
- Oversee fleet utilization, drivers, scheduling, and transport operations.
- Control fuel, maintenance, repair, and other operating costs.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained, insured, registered, and compliant with UAE regulations.
- Monitor vehicle productivity, downtime, and profitability.
- Manage corporate clients, service quality, and contract performance.
- Develop new transport and mobility business opportunities.
- Improve revenue per vehicle and overall fleet utilization.
- Set and monitor operational KPIs.
- Lead and supervise drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff.
- Ensure high safety and customer-service standards.
- Prepare monthly operational and financial performance reports for the CEO.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong UAE transport or fleet management experience is preferred.
- A commercial mindset and leadership skills are preferred.
- Proven ability to improve profitability and operational efficiency is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
