- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with finance and business stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Track and report project progress, risks, and performance metrics (especially credit & collections).
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Drive effective communication across teams and leadership.
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify improvement areas.
- Oversee implementation of financial solutions aligned with business needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements in credit and collections.
