Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more projects from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• (High Rise Experience as a Project Manager - Mandatory)
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, commercial, MEP, and civil functions.
• Oversee planning, risk, and quality management frameworks across all project phases.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to secure required approvals and ensure smooth execution.
• Review project deliverables, progress reports, and financials, ensuring adherence to scope and standards.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining clear documentation, proactive communication, and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for civil engineering projects.
• Handle pre- and post-contract calculations, including quantity take-offs and cost planning.
• Prepare and issue tender documents, addendums, and conduct tender analysis and negotiation.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for cost-effective procurement.
• Manage and monitor project costs, preparing periodic cost reports and forecasts.
• Identify and manage contract variations, change orders, and claims during the project lifecycle.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Apply value engineering principles to achieve the most cost-efficient construction solutions.
• Assist in contractor prequalification and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Stay updated on construction laws, regulations, and codes, ensuring compliance at all stages.
• Collaborate with project managers and Procurement department to align project goals with cost management.
• Utilize advanced cost estimation tools and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Propose improvements to internal processes for efficiency and scalability.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Proven record managing large-scale construction or development projects from inception to handover mandatorily
• for High Rise Projects.
• Experience with design and fit-out projects, including authority approvals.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
