Project Manager

Work arrangement

• The role requires working onsite four days per week in downtown Calgary.

Position summary

Responsibilities

• Manage Boundary Apps initiatives end to end, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate engineering, product, operations, and external partners to support aligned, timely delivery.
• Maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports; facilitate meetings, track milestones, and manage changes.
• Ensure organizational, data governance, and security standards are followed; resolve or escalate issues.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience; software or digital applications experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of boundary applications, data integration, and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification and ERP implementation experience are assets.

Preferred skills

• Regulated or enterprise environment experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows is preferred.
• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting is preferred.

Contract term

• The position is a 12-month contract.
