Project Manager - Business Transformation

Shaw Industries is seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing complex projects to deliver company-wide strategic initiatives on a cross-functional basis.

Projects will be primarily business transformation but normally have a digital component.

This role demands a proactive leader who can navigate and influence at all levels of the organization to achieve exceptional results.

In this role, you will execute high quality, predictable and efficient project management and delivery for the enterprise.

You will work closely with functional leaders across the company to provide visibility and clarity on execution roadmaps, resource attributions for projects, understand upcoming risks, think creatively to minimize delays, and spearhead

cross-functional resolutions.

You thrive on providing significant value to Shaw by being a solution provider first, using all resource options available to deliver results quickly and cost-effectively by leveraging internal teams and/or through the use of outsourced expertise.

You are highly focused on achieving key milestones and attentive to the details that drive successful outcomes.

This role reports to the VP of Business Transformation in the Transformation Management Office and work collaboratively and closely across all areas of the business.
