Oversee planning, execution, coordination, cost control, quality assurance, and timely delivery in line with safety and company standards.
Project delivery
- Manage project planning, execution, and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, procurement, and internal departments.
- Monitor schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and machinery utilization.
- Conduct site inspections to check quality, safety, and progress compliance.
- Supervise subcontractors and resolve technical or coordination issues.
- Review project drawings, RFIs, inspections, and site documentation.
- Track project costs and resource utilization; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate design, estimation, procurement, and site teams.
- Lead and guide Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, site management, and coordination.
- Experience handling subcontractors, consultants, and client communications.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, estimation, and project scheduling.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred skills
- UAE driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of project management tools and reporting systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of HSE and quality standards preferred.
- Organizational and team management abilities preferred.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role; work location is in person.
