Project Manager

As a powerhouse in the industry, we specialize in creating mega-scale, integrated city hubs across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. This is your chance to lead the pre-contract phase of flagship residential and hospitality developments from the developer side.

The Role

You will be the bridge between vision and reality, managing multidisciplinary design coordination, consultant procurement, and authority approvals. Your mission is to ensure every project is technically sound, on budget, and ready for construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Procurement: Author comprehensive RFPs, conduct bid analyses, and recommend the appointment of consultants.
• Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional alignment between internal teams—including Planning, Cost, and Engineering—and external designers.
• Compliance & Risk: Liaise with UAE authorities to ensure designs meet local regulations and international codes such as IBC, NFPA, and LEED/Estidama.
• Financial Oversight: Review, audit, and vet progress payments and variation orders claimed by consultants.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering; a Master’s in Project Management is a significant advantage.
• Experience: 10–12 years of professional experience, with mandatory UAE experience .
• Sector Expertise: A proven track record in delivering Mega-Projects (Residential, Hospitality, or Mixed-use).
• Background: Prior experience working on the Developer-side or with top-tier international consultancies.
• Accreditation: RIBA, AIA, or PMP certifications are highly preferred.
