- Lead development of the Level 3 Baseline Schedule and project control procedures
- Analyze and implement project planning and reporting obligations under PPA and EPC contracts.
- Track critical path activities and set key milestones and KPIs for early risk identification and mitigation.
- Build and maintain Level 4 schedules and detailed progress reports
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentations for the Client and Internal Management
- Drive or support delay analysis and EOT claim preparation, when required.
