Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects and ensure timely, successful delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Translate client business requirements into implementation plans and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Monitor progress, deliverables, budgets, risks, and dependencies; provide status updates to management and clients.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, design, configuration, customization, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Manage scope, quality, client expectations, change requests, risks, and critical issue escalation.
- Review documentation and deliverables, improve implementation processes, and hand projects over to support or operations.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, implementation management, or technology consulting.
- Proven success managing multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and implementation processes.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and experience with cross-functional teams and third-party stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or project requirements when needed.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–11,000 per month.
