Manages the complete project lifecycle from planning and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
The role requires project management, stakeholder management, team coordination, and client-facing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Plan project timelines, milestones, resources, and delivery schedules; manage projects to agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
- Gather client requirements and coordinate solution design, configuration, customization, testing, training, and go-live.
- Lead consultants, developers, functional specialists, and third-party stakeholders; monitor deliverables, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Manage client expectations, meetings, communications, change requests, and project issue resolution.
- Review documentation and implementation quality, improve delivery processes, and hand over projects to support or operations teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management, implementation management, or technology consulting experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects from initiation to completion and understanding project methodologies and implementation processes.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party stakeholders; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or project requirements when required.
- Zoho products and implementation experience is an added advantage, not a requirement.
Pay
- AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
