Project Management Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare projects and multiple workstreams, ensuring activities progress according to agreed plans and timelines.
• Monitor project schedules, maintain action trackers and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Liaise with internal departments, healthcare teams, external partners and service providers to support effective project delivery.
• Support the establishment and operational readiness of new clinics and healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate administrative and operational requirements, including documentation, contracts, banking arrangements and other project-related activities.
• Identify outstanding actions, address coordination issues and escalate delays or risks to the relevant stakeholders.
• Support project implementation, operational handovers and collaboration between central teams and local operations.
• Prepare project updates, maintain documentation and provide progress reports to support effective decision-making.
• Assist with additional project and operational activities as required to support the organisation's expansion plans.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare project management, project coordination or a PMO function.
• Mandatory healthcare sector experience gained within a hospital group, clinic network, healthcare provider or healthcare services organisation.
• Experience coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, managing action plans and following up with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally, including to the UAE, when required.

Advantageous Qualifications

• Exposure to healthcare facility development, new clinic openings, hospital operations or healthcare transformation projects would be advantageous.
• French language skills would be an advantage.

Workplace and Travel

• The position is based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• International travel to the UAE and other locations is required as needed.
