What You'll Do
- Develop communication strategies and plans for specific projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Support leadership in aligning communication plans with departmental objectives and wider organisational priorities.
- Contribute to crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.
- Execute internal and external communication plans, including content creation, media relations, and public relations activities.
- Oversee the development of high-quality communication materials for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Ensure digital content is optimised for search engine visibility, supporting the organisation's online presence and engagement.

Essential Qualifications

- Proven leadership skills and the ability to develop and deliver strategic communication plans.
- Expertise in media relations and external communications.

- The ability to mentor colleagues and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
- Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
