Project Management Senior Analyst

Managing the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals;

Planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards;

Coordinating the activities of cross-functional project teams while fostering effective communication among stakeholders;

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper prioritization and efficient resource allocation;

Performing project risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and impacts;

Ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.);

Preparing and presenting executive reports on the status of the project portfolio to senior leadership;

Delivering project status updates during management meetings with clarity and objectivity;

Supporting project governance by driving continuous process improvement and standardizing project management methodologies;

Partnering with Business and IT teams to ensure projects deliver maximum business value.

Proven experience in project and project portfolio management;

Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.);

Experience with project and portfolio governance;

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Monday, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar;

Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills;

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders;

Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency.

It is desirable to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;

Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
