Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Project Management Coordinator

to support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of architectural and multidisciplinary projects.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently, schedules are maintained, deliverables are tracked, and communication flows seamlessly across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, following up with internal teams as required.
  • Coordinate between architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper document control.
  • Assist in resource planning and workload coordination across project teams.
  • Support project managers in identifying potential risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare client presentations, reports, and project status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and project management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • **3–7 years**
  • of experience in project coordination or project management within an architectural, engineering, or multidisciplinary consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of the architectural design and project delivery process.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams is highly preferred.
  • GCC experience is an advantage.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • AutoCAD and Revit (basic understanding is an advantage)

• Document Management Systems

  • AI productivity tools are considered an advantage.
