About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed architectural drawings, technical packages, specifications, and comprehensive construction documentation in accordance with project briefs and delivery stage requirements
• Translate approved design concepts into coordinated, technically sound, and buildable architectural solutions with careful attention to constructability and material performance
• Lead design development and detailed design phases, preparing technical design packages, tender documentation, material specifications, and construction details
• Coordinate closely with design architects, interior designers, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other project specialists to ensure technical integration and consistency
• Identify, review, and resolve technical design issues, coordination clashes, and integration matters during all design and documentation phases
• Ensure all architectural documentation complies with project briefs, local authority regulations, building codes, design standards, and NAGA's quality standards
• Lead technical reviews of shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, samples, and technical submissions from contractors and specialists
• Support material and system selection decisions from technical performance, buildability, cost, and regulatory compliance perspectives
• Participate in site coordination meetings, provide design clarifications to contractors, and support technical issue resolution during construction phases
• Maintain drawing quality, documentation standards, technical accuracy, and consistency across all projects

Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent professional qualification)
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in architectural technical design and delivery, preferably within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment
• Demonstrable expertise in technical detailing, construction documentation, design coordination, and architectural delivery
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, materials, finishes, and technical integration across multiple disciplines
• Proven project experience on residential, hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale development projects
• Solid understanding of local authority requirements, building codes, approval processes, and regulatory compliance in GCC markets
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, manage competing project priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs to schedule
• Attention to detail, organized approach to documentation, and commitment to technical accuracy and completeness

Essential

• Revit (BIM modeling, documentation, and coordination)
• AutoCAD (2D technical drafting and detailing)
• BIM coordination and clash detection workflows
• Construction detailing and technical documentation standards

Desirable

• Navisworks or Solibri (BIM clash detection and coordination)
• Adobe Creative Suite (for specification and documentation graphics)
• Ai Knowledge to support and enhance the details
