Role Description
Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, define deliverables and milestones, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain alignment with business priorities.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance project management practices, and contribute to the successful execution of strategic programs that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools, reporting platforms, and collaboration software. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives. Strong decision-making and time-management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement frameworks is highly advantageous.
