Role Description
Lead and oversee the organization's financial operations, planning, and performance management activities to support strategic objectives and sustainable growth.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis processes while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information.
Analyze financial performance, cash flow, profitability, and key business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop financial models and provide strategic recommendations to support business planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive operational efficiency and long-term business success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management methodologies. Proficiency in spreadsheets, financial modeling, financial management systems, and reporting tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights. Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, regulatory compliance, cash flow management, and business performance optimization practices is highly advantageous.
