Support the Project Manager or Program Director with day-to-day execution, tracking, and coordination of Data Management Framework initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed trackers and monitor delivery activities to ensure they progress as planned.
- Coordinate stakeholders and actively track tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Use a working understanding of data tools, platforms, and system dependencies to support delivery coordination.
Experience and qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in data project delivery, technology transformation, or data governance/data platform implementation.
- Proven hands-on delivery experience, not solely governance or reporting experience.
- Experience delivering a Data Management Framework or similar programs.
- Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
Data expertise
- Basic to intermediate understanding of data governance, data quality processes, data lineage, and metadata.
- Awareness of catalog, data quality, and lineage tools; data flows; and system dependencies.
- Ability to follow and track technical delivery tasks, even without designing solutions.
Delivery and communication skills
- Strong tracking and coordination, attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership.
- Ability to manage a high volume of parallel tasks; strong organization and documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technology and ability to explain technical concepts in business language.
- Clear, concise executive communication, structured thinking, accountability, and ownership.
Preferred certifications and exposure
- PMP/PRINCE2 and Agile/SAFe certifications are preferred.
- Exposure to regulatory environments such as CBUAE or BCBS 239 is preferred.
