Supports the Project Manager or Program Director in day-to-day execution, tracking, and coordination of Data Management Framework initiatives.
Drives detailed delivery progress and coordination across business, data, and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed trackers and coordinate stakeholders, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Drive execution discipline across workstreams and follow technical delivery tasks.
- Coordinate delivery teams using a working understanding of data tools, platforms, and system dependencies.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 8–12 years in data project delivery, technology transformation, or data governance/data platform implementation.
- Requires hands-on delivery experience; governance or reporting alone is not sufficient.
- Experience delivering a Data Management Framework or similar program is required.
- Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
Technical and delivery skills
- Requires basic to intermediate understanding of data governance, data quality, data lineage, and metadata.
- Awareness of data catalog, data quality, and lineage tools, data flows, and system dependencies is relevant.
- Strong tracking, coordination, organization, documentation, follow-through, and ownership are required.
- Strong stakeholder management and clear communication of technical concepts in business language are required.
Preferred certifications and regulatory exposure
- PMP/PRINCE2 and Agile/SAFe certifications are preferred.
- Exposure to regulatory environments such as CBUAE or BCBS 239 is preferred.
