Job Overview

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Archive project records
• Index and distribute project documents in an accurate and timely manner
• Become familiar with pertinent aspects of the Contract and Project Information Management Requirements
• Implement Project Document Retention Requirements
• Issue defined project reports as required
• Participate in Project Documentation Audits
• Provide input in preparing Information Management Project Status Reports
• Read and implement Project-Specific Information Management Procedures and Work Instructions
• Identify Information Management issues or areas of improvement
• Understand requirements for handover and turnover in accordance with project contractual requirements
• Coordinate MOPEX office activities as required

Essential Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3 to 5 years of Document Control Experience
• Oil & Gas experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of document control policies and processes
• Exceptional communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
