Overview
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Management System in line with ADNOC requirements and international standards.
- Lead and supervise the HSE team, ensuring effective monitoring of all site activities.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, UAE regulations, and project specifications.
- Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and HSE plans prior to execution.
- Monitor HSE performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports including KPIs and statistics.
- Lead incident/accident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and site visits to ensure compliance.
- Promote HSE awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and training programs across the workforce.
- Liaise with client representatives, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
- Ensure proper implementation of Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and Life Saving Rules (LSR).
- Support emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills and simulations.
