We are looking for an experienced **Project Executive** with strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory approvals and product registration processes in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare product registration with relevant authorities.
- Coordinate approvals and compliance requirements with **Dubai Health Authority (DHA)**, **Dubai Municipality**, **Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP)**, and other emirate health authorities.
- Handle documentation, submission, follow-up, and renewal of product registrations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients to ensure timely approvals.
- Monitor regulatory updates and maintain compliance records.
- Support healthcare licensing and regulatory projects across the UAE. Healthcare licensing and facility regulation in the UAE are managed by DHA, MOHAP/DOH, and other emirate-level authorities depending on jurisdiction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory affairs, product registration, or healthcare licensing.
- Strong knowledge of DHA, Dubai Municipality, MOHAP/EDE, and other UAE healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Experience in preparing and submitting regulatory dossiers and following up with authorities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Pay: AED1.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
