Requirements & Qualifications
- **Dubai Municipality approved**
- with a
- valid SOE card
(Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of
- UAE building codes, DM regulations, and local authority requirements
- Proven experience in
- site supervision, project coordination, and contractor management
- Ability to review
- drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements
- Experience in
- quality control, safety compliance, and inspection procedures
- Strong coordination skills with
- consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
- Excellent
- communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities efficiently
- **UAE driving license preferred**
