What You'll Be Doing

• Technical Oversight:
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design packages for water transmission systems (pipelines, pump stations, valves, and storage facilities) to ensure compliance with project requirements and local standards.
• Project Coordination:
• Act as a central point of contact between client representatives, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal engineering teams to maintain clear lines of communication.

• Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance

• Schedule & Progress Tracking

• Monitor project timelines, track contractor milestones, identify potential delays early, and help implement corrective actions.
• RFIs and Submittals:
• Manage and expedite the review of Requests for Information (RFIs), material submittals, and shop drawings to keep construction moving efficiently.
• Reporting:
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports, technical memos, and presentations for Parsons leadership and the client.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Education:
• Bachelor s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
• Experience:
• Minimum of
• 3 years
• of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects, with a distinct focus on water transmission pipelines, hydraulics, or pump stations.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and alignment sheets.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, WaterGEMS, or Primavera P6) is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of international and Saudi water infrastructure standards (e.g., NWC, SWCC).
