Plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver ELV and security systems projects while meeting quality, budget, timeline, and client requirements.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 3–7 years of experience in ELV and security systems projects.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MMUP-UPDA certification is preferred.
Technical skills
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and integrated security systems.
- Requires project planning and coordination skills and the ability to review technical drawings and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute ELV and security systems projects.
- Review specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project schedules and resource plans; monitor progress and budgets.
- Support procurement and material management.
- Supervise testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Prepare project reports and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with MOI-SSD requirements and quality standards.
