Role responsibilities
- Assist with engineering designs, technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- Coordinate daily project activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
- Monitor project timelines, resources, costs and construction progress.
- Conduct site inspections and help ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Prepare progress reports, technical records and project updates.
- Support quality assurance, risk assessment and workplace safety procedures.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate practical solutions with relevant teams.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least three years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction or project engineering.
- Knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards and project coordination.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and project documents.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project or BIM tools is an advantage.
- Relevant professional registration or certifications are beneficial where applicable.
