  • Ability to digest a large amount of information and properly execute multiple simultaneous assignments without sacrificing efficiency or quality of work.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective client-supplier relations to achieve genuine cooperation, prompt receipt of payment and stimulate the desire to award follow-on work.
  • Knowledge of contractual legal terms and technical specifications.
  • BS in Engineering Required.
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Develops an understanding of the contract and relevant project technical specifications.
  • Provides strong support for the Project Manager.
  • Establishes and maintains project monitoring and reporting systems to track project documentation; key deliverables; delivery strategy; risks, dates, and cost information.
  • Actively participate in the development and review of each principal project document deliverable.
  • Constantly verify that project execution complies with all applicable policies, procedures, and project standards.
  • Travel to visit both client and major supplier’s facilities as needed, both domestic and international (~30%).
  • Create reports and give presentations to senior Evapco and client management.
  • Monitors, the obligations of suppliers and subcontractors before approval is granted for invoice payment.
  • Facilitate the resolution of disputes between the company and its clients and suppliers.
  • Provide a closeout and lessons learned to report at project completion.
  • The salary range consists of base pay and most recent profit sharing bonus amounts
