Project Engineer – Aluminium Windows & Doors

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with clients throughout the installation process and organize installation calendars and installer schedules.
• Manage NOC applications, access approvals, and building management requirements; coordinate with building management, security, and facilities teams.
• Ensure installers provide pre-condition or dilapidation reports, progress photos, completion photos, and incident reports.
• Arrange cover or support when employees are unavailable; resolve supplier issues, material delays, and access issues.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally; keep project updates, documents, and customer communications organized.
• Escalate major project risks or delays to management with clear solutions and ensure projects are properly closed out after installation.

Requirements

• Excellent English and communication skills; strong organization and project coordination skills.
• Confident dealing with customers, suppliers, and building management.
• Experience in construction, fit-out, glazing, aluminium, interiors, or installation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and solve problems while staying calm under pressure.
• Proactive, reliable, and accountable, with ability to follow up firmly with installers, suppliers, and clients.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to quickly learn glazing and acoustic window technical details.

Pay

• Pay is AED 7,000–10,000 per month.

Work location

• Work is in person at the Dubai office.
