Oversee project execution, prepare BOQs, and coordinate activities to support timely completion, quality standards, and compliance with project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution from start to completion.
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Identify project issues and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience in project execution and site coordination.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project planning.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools are advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
