Customer Service Representatives are sought for a six-month project-based position.
The role requires confident, professional, and customer-focused interaction with customers from different backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers professionally in person and over the phone.
- Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Handle complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on requests.
- Provide a high standard of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, front office, reception, call centre, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to deal professionally with difficult or demanding customers.
- Basic computer skills.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
