Roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day electrical construction and installation activities at the project site.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents.
- Ensure electrical works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project disciplines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure electrical activities meet the approved schedule.
- Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, and technical submissions.
- Supervise power distribution, cables, transformers, switchgear, lighting, earthing, and related electrical systems.
- Monitor quality and compliance with approved materials and technical specifications.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate effective engineering solutions.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources required for electrical works.
- Maintain site records and support as-built drawings, testing records, handover, and close-out documentation.
Candidate qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant civil engineering or design software.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.

- The role involves project-site supervision and coordination with site personnel and project stakeholders.
- The role requires compliance with company HSE policies, quality standards, and project requirements.
